1. Donate or raise SGD 60 or more to qualify for the challenge. Share your campaign link and rally others to cheer you on with their donations.

2. Start using your STRAVA app to record your activities starting from the Challenge start date. Record them as either Outdoor "Ride" or "Mountain Bike Ride' or "Gravel Ride" or "Run" or "Walk" or "Trail Run" or "Hike" on STRAVA. (Indoor activities will not be recognised.)
Please ensure that you authorise Togoparts to connect to your STRAVA account. Remember to use your STRAVA App to track all your activities during the challenge period. You can find STRAVA's authorisation link in our notification email.
If you are using a non-STRAVA device to record your activities, please upload your activities to STRAVA. Just make sure all devices are STRAVA-compatible!

3. Once the challenge starts, the leaderboard will be refreshed periodically to reflect your relevant completed activity details.

You will not be able to qualify for the Leaderboard. All funds raised will be directed to BCCS to support our programmes and services. No refund of donations would be made.

The member who does not achieve the required donation amount will not qualify for the Leaderboard.

Yes. The beauty of this challenge is that you can log your activities anytime and anywhere.

Friends and members of the public can donate via your individual or team profile page without logging in. The funds go directly to the BCCS through a payment gateway, such as Stripe. Togoparts.com does not hold any funds in escrow.

Donors are eligible for tax deductions of up to 250% for each donation of SGD 50 and above. Please write to donations@bccs.org.sg if you would like to provide NRIC/FIN/UEN tax details that differ from info at registration.

Yes, all dollar amounts mentioned on the website refer to SGD (Singapore Dollar).

For example, if a team has 3 people (Person A, B & C) and someone donates SGD 90 via the team page, then each person will receive SGD 30 (SGD 90/3). If Person A raises an additional SGD 10 on their own, their total raised amount would be SGD 40. The team's total raised amount would be SGD 90 + SGD 10 = SGD 100. If a 4th person (Person D) joins the team, any further donations received through the team will be divided by 4.

The SGD 100 raised by the individual will be added to the team's total amount raised. The person will become a new member of the team.

A team must have at least 2 members to qualify for team achievements. There is a maximum limit of 10 members in a single team. You do not need to complete your activities together to be ranked as a team or unlock team achievements.

Yes, team leaders have the ability to remove members before the event starts.

Once you have joined a team, you are unable to switch to a different team unless you are removed by your team leader.

Once you have joined a team, you cannot withdraw or leave the team unless you are removed by your team leader.

You become a team leader when you create a new team.

Team leaders can update the team's profile picture, message, and manage members, including the option to remove team members before the event starts.

Yes. The beauty of this challenge is that you can log your activities anytime and anywhere. Just remember to log your activities during the event period with the STRAVA app, or upload them to STRAVA if you are using another app to record your activities. Just make sure the devices are STRAVA-compatible!

All participants are required to log their activities using STRAVA. You can still use other tracking apps or devices, such as Garmin, by connecting them to your STRAVA account. Once connected, your activities will automatically sync to STRAVA. Activities logged only on other apps and not synced to STRAVA will not be recognised by our system. No, tagging of activities is not allowed. Each participant must record their activities via their own STRAVA account.

The challenge leaderboard will be refreshed periodically throughout each day. Allow for up to 4 hours for your activities to be updated on the Togoparts Leaderboard after you have completed your activities. If any irregularities, please email us at gomad2025@togoparts.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond.

There are several common reasons why your activities may not be syncing properly with the leaderboard:
1. STRAVA Account Not Connected
Make sure your Togoparts account is linked to your STRAVA account.
Solution: Go to the Togoparts STRAVA Connect page to link your account.

2. STRAVA Privacy Settings Not Set to ‘Everyone’
Even if your STRAVA is connected, your activities will not sync if your privacy settings are too restrictive.
Solution: Open the STRAVA app → Go to Settings > Privacy Controls → Set Profile Page, Activities, and Group Activities to “Everyone”.

3. Activities Recorded Before Linking STRAVA
Only activities recorded after linking your STRAVA account will be captured.
Solution: Email us at gomad2025@togoparts.com to request syncing of earlier activities.

4. Incorrect Activity Type Selected
The leaderboard only recognises specific activity types: Outdoor "Ride" or "Mountain Bike Ride' or "Gravel Ride" or "Run" or "Walk" or "Trail Run" or "Hike" on STRAVA. (Indoor activities will not be recognised.)

5. Late Uploads or Use of Other Tracking Apps
Activities uploaded a few days late or via third-party apps like Garmin may not sync immediately.
Solution: Upload your activities as soon as possible and ensure STRAVA is your primary sync method.

6. Overlapping or Flagged Activities
If two or more activities overlap in time, the shorter one will be removed. Activities flagged for rule violations or suspicious behaviour may also be removed. Togoparts reserves the right to moderate and remove such entries.

7. Violation of Traffic Rules
Activities recorded in violation of Singapore Traffic Rules may be removed at the organiser's discretion.

We are unable to edit the details recorded by STRAVA. We do advise participants to ensure their GPS signal is strong throughout your activities, and consistently check that STRAVA is recording.

Yes, please make sure your STRAVA profile remains public throughout the challenge period. Also, do not delete any activities that have already been uploaded in our system. You need to keep all your activities visible on your STRAVA profile throughout the entire challenge period to facilitate verification until process is complete.

Yes! Once you join the challenge, all activities recorded with your connected Strava account from the official start time will be synced.

Yes, so as long as they have been uploaded to your STRAVA Account and their dates are within the challenge period. If any irregularities occur, please email us at gomad2025@togoparts.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond.

Unfortunately, if you connect your STRAVA account after the event has concluded, the distances recorded during the challenge period will not be reflected on the Leaderboard. It's important to ensure that your STRAVA account is connected before the event ends to ensure accurate tracking of your activities and their inclusion on the Leaderboard.

Outdoor activities are activities that are supported by a GPS/Map data. You can record outdoor activities in multiple ways. You can use any tracking device that tracks your distance and is linked to your STRAVA Account. You can directly record your activities using the STRAVA App as well! To conserve your battery, allow the STRAVA app to run in the background while it is recording your activities. Here's a few steps you can follow:
Turn on location services for your mobile phone:
iOS: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Set to ON; Android (Samsung 6.0.1): Settings > Privacy & Safety > Set to ON
Turn on your STRAVA app's location services:
iOS: Settings > STRAVA > Location > Set to "While Using" or "Always"
Android: On by default.
When you go out to record your activity, hit record and turn off your mobile phone's screen. Special thanks to user triton for sharing this information.

Not during the course of the challenge. All activities are subject to verification after the challenge ends. Togoparts reserves the right to remove and reinstate activities accordingly.

This is a personal honour Challenge, and the distance goals are set for running only. We think every participant will have integrity and will be honest about challenging themselves. Togoparts.com reserves the right to ignore the STRAVA entry due to dishonesty. Based on a case by case basis, we have the right to disqualify any participants at our sole discretion, should we find a participant in violation of the terms and conditions of the challenge.

The entire activity will not be recognised if any section of the activity is recorded on a Singaporean Expressway. Activities on the expressways and road tunnels are not permitted in Singapore. We strongly urge all challengers to record their activities safely and abide by all traffic regulations of Singapore.

Rules and Regulations

Each activity must be logged on STRAVA (referred herein as the "App") and cannot be submitted manually. For more information regarding how to log activities on the App, please see STRAVA's "How It Works" page (http://www.STRAVA.com/how-it-works). Any form of entry and participation in the Event other than that described herein is void.

Activity should not be recorded on any motorised vehicles (motorised bicycles, e-scooters, cars, motorbikes, buses, lorries, etc)
Missing distances are not allowed to be added even if there was an error in the STRAVA GPS tracking system.
Multiple missing activities will not be included in the leaderboard if no appeals are sent within 48 hours of the activities.
Togoparts reserves the right to remove your activity should we find that it is suspicious at our discretion.
Tagged STRAVA Activities are not accepted. Our system automatically removes these types of activities.
Participants may be asked to provide additional evidence to help verify their performance in an event.
If a participant's performance cannot be verified, their result may be annulled.
Participants must not attempt to gain an unfair advantage, or they may be disqualified and receive a ban from future events.
Repeatedly breaking the rules or bringing the sport into disrepute may result in a permanent ban from the event.
Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner towards other participants and event organisers.
Cheating will not be tolerated.

By participating in the event, participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations. Event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the rules and regulations at any time, and participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

Terms & Conditions

The #GoMAD25 (referred herein as "Event") is organised by Bartley Community Care Services (BCCS) Limited (referred herein as the "Organiser"), using Togoparts (collectively referred to as "Platform") as an event platform partner. All participants must comply with the Rules & Regulations below.

Togoparts is an online platform that provides access to plan and book a variety of fitness and wellness activities at online Virtual Events.

By accessing, browsing, downloading and/or using the Platform and/or Service, you acknowledge that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may discontinue your access and/or use of the Platform and/or Service.

The organisers reserve the right to modify and add any of the terms & conditions without prior notice. Unless stated otherwise, any revision or update takes effect immediately. Your continued access and/or use of the Platform and/or Service after a revision or update to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised or updated Terms.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:

By submitting this registration form, you agree that the Organiser may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this application form, or (if applicable) obtained by the Organiser as a result of your participation in the Event, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy:

The processing of this registration;
The administration of the registration and the Event;
Information sent by the Organiser about the Event via Email, SMS text message, WhatsApp and Phone Call.
Information sent by the Organiser on selected third parties', Event Business Partners' and Sponsors' products and services,
such as updates on their latest promotions and their new products and services, via Email, SMS text message, WhatsApp and Phone Call.
To contact you for administrative purposes relating to event.
To retain and use your data for facilitating your participation in future editions of the Event, if any, including but not limited to pre-filling registration forms and sending related event communications.

PRIZES:

The Organiser's decision shall be final. Any Prize won or accepted shall be given on an "as-is" basis. Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Winners are responsible for collecting in person any prizes won. Each person/team is eligible to receive one (1) set of prize only. If you're part of a team, the team leader will be contacted to collect the prize and share with the members. Prizes are only eligible for participants in Singapore, while stocks last.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

The following limitations of liability constitute the full extent of the organiser's responsibility in connection with the Event. By participating in the Event, entrants acknowledge and accept these limitations:

Stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, undeliverable or incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, illegible entries due to technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Event, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Event, the mailing or transmission of entries, notification or correspondence, the processing of entries, the logging of miles, the announcement of the prizes or in any Event-related materials;
Technical failures of any kinds;
Failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Event;
Unauthorised human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the entry process or the Event;
Technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Event, the sending of entries or the processing of entries; or
Any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the entrant's participation in the Event or receipt or use of any prize.

If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed, corrupted or for any other reason not accepted as an entry into the Event,
the entrant's sole remedy is to enter again into the Event. The Organiser may rescind any Event entry found to contain such errors or failures without liability at its sole discretion.

As a condition of participating in the Event, the entrant agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, the Platform and its respective affiliates, prize suppliers, and the Organiser's business partners and all their affiliates, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, managers, directors, members, shareholders and employees (the "Released Parties") from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from any breach of representation made by the entrant in connection with the Event, the exercise by the Organiser or its designees of any of the right granted by the entrant in these Official Rules and the entrant's participation in the Event, including acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prize(s), or any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or wireless device relating to or resulting from participation in the Event or downloading any materials in the Event, or inability to access any webApp or wireless service associated with this Event, or any combination thereof. Entrants agree that the laws of Singapore will govern any and all disputes.

As a condition of participating in the Event, the entrant agrees that as to the Organiser and the Released Parties

Under no circumstances will the entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and the entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses,
All causes of action arising out of or connected with the Event, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and
Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but shall in no event include attorneys' fees. The Organiser & Platform reserve the right to modify the prize award procedures.
Entrants taking part at this event entirely at their own risk and are 100% responsible for selecting and staying on a safe route and avoid trespassing at all points. The Organiser & The Platform, the holding company and any of the sponsors or partners accept no responsibility for any accidents, incidents of any nature, or injuries sustained whilst taking part in a virtual event.

If in the Organiser's & the Platform's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Event, or if a computer virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Event, the Organiser & the Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, the logging of miles and/or to modify, suspend or terminate the Event.

Entrants under the age of 18 as of 01/01/2025 will be required to seek permission and consent from either of his/her parents or a legal guardian as a prerequisite for participation in the Event.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE EVENT OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE EVENT MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE ORGANISER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

PUBLICITY RIGHTS:

Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Event, and as a condition of participating in this Event, the entrant agrees to allow the Organiser and/or the Organiser's designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, statements and voice for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar Events, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised without additional compensation, review or approval rights, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

GOVERNING LAW:

This Event is governed by the laws of Singapore. While undertaking the challenge, all participants must comply with any applicable safety regulations and guidelines enforced by the authorities at the time of participation.
